Driver push ball drill question

How would you extrapolate the drill for the driver? Would you push the ground like an iron behind a teed ball or push on a door jam at a teed ball height?

Instead of the push ball, I'd just do the door jam drill. Pushing a yoga block or something into a wall. You'd want to push at about the height of the ball with the hands almost even with the ball instead of way in front of it.
