extension at impact ¶

I am using hack motion. I am green at the top of the swing and red at the bottom. I am working as hard as I can at the motorcycle drill on the way down and no matter what I do I end up red.
I am wondering if it is a release issue.

Sjahari,

It sounds like it could be a release issue, please post a video of your swing so we can investigate it. You can also post the hack motion graph that accompanies the swing. That will give us even more insight.
