Lead wrist extension post impact ¶

Working and videoing my own swing, I find that when I allow the lead wrist to go into extension after impact my hand path looks to move up and in much better. Does any of your work with motion capture and wrist flexion see this as a relationship? Or am I just seeing/feeling what I want to feel/see?

Hi John,
I haven't seen an explicit connection between the wrist movement and the hand path. If you want to post a swing, I'd be happy to give it a quick look. Otherwise, if it's working, it's more important to get video so you have a good reference to go back to for when you start to lose it.
