Tempo/Rhythm Question

Tyler, in one of your videos (maybe from a live Q&A years ago) I remember you talking about tempo and a saying that helped a majority of students. It might have been "thousand one two" or "one thousand one two" - I can't remember.

Do you recall that tempo tip? Thanks.

It was "one thousand, one". The three syllables to one syllable gives you the three to one tempo pretty easily :)
