Vectors for ulnar deviation ¶

In an older video, you gave instructions to an African-American student showing the faults of attempting to swing down the target line and thus stalling the shoulder turn. You pointed in a 90-degree direction away from the target line and then a short time later roughly 180 degrees from the target. My wandering mind begins by asking about the wipe and because there is a turn with this unhinge at 90 degrees [ulnar deviation] there must be a limit that the left arm crosses the midline of the body from a face on view. This is where the wipe becomes a bit confusing. I hear over and over to hit from the inside, approach the ball from the 7 o'clock position, and swing out to 1st base. I wonder if you could clarify these vectors. Thanks, Dave.
