Filling Out a Turtle Shell ¶

Ok Tyler, I have been working on the turtle shell to eliminate early (back) extension. This DTL is the current work in progress. It's quite hard for me to feel filling out the turtle shell during transition, so I'm constantly checking video during a range session
A few questions:
- Staying more in posture feels like the release is happening around the trail foot, instead of at the ball. Is that a common feel for people trying to correct early extension?
- In the downswing, is there any correlation between getting the hips more open & increasing/allowing more side bend?
