Multiple Swing Issues revolving around flippy release and thin contact

Hi Tyler,

I bought your book and found it really helpful so I've decided to join your site too.

I've always struggled with poor contact and not taking divots and I now realise it is because I have a flippy release with little shaft lean. In looking at my swing videos I also seem to suffer from backswing sway and standing up (with little left shoulder tilt), a right arm getting too deep, early extension, and a very open face right up until just before impact.

I'm unsure of which to tackle first but I am thinking I should get more left tilt in the backswing and try to reduce my large sway first. Then I should maybe work on getting some motorcycle in order to close the face earlier so that I can get shaft lean and more body rotation in the downswing.

Would that be a reasonable approach or do you see something else that I've missed or think a different approach would work better?

Thanks for your great book and website,

Greg
