Seeking advice on what to focus on ¶

Hi Tyler - I’m unsure if instead of working on a concept, I should be working on a fundamental instead. I believe that I have watched too many videos at this point and just need a professional eye to tell me what to focus on first.
For Instance, I know that I come in steep during the transition and also at impact which causes me to early extend. I’m not sure if this is being caused by a lack of a concept like the motorcycle move or if something like a fundamental such as my set up is flawed leading me to fix things over and over.
In addition to my early extension and steep transition, I know that I have struggled with weight transfer and a chicken wing in my follow-through. I also generally stall at impact and flip the club.
I am currently trying to focus on the motorcycle move and unhinging while my lower body starts the downswing feeling external rotation from my trail leg.
Here are four videos of my 7i swing with those swing thoughts. I included the trackman info for the face on photos to help add additional context. The last two videos I focused on keeping my trail foot on the ground longer which seemed to help impact.
I generally have good distance but my misses can be all over the place - hooks, slices, even some shanks.
I can tell my clubpath, clubface, and angle of attack need improvement based on my trackman numbers.
Can you please provide some general feedback on my swing and help point me to some areas that I should focus on first?
Thank you!
