Hi Robert,
The most common cause of the two-way miss is the "steep early/shallow late" downswing pattern. I have a video in the Build My Stock Swing Course that highlights this. (https://www.golfsmartacademy.com/courses/build-my-stock-swing/steep-early-shallow-late). I've been meaning to copy it over to a regular video, so if you're on the monthly plan and can't watch it, I'll get that done tomorrow.
Your swing does look like a pretty good iron swing. But it looks more upper-body dominant and steep to be really consistent off the tee (more like a Phil Mickelson style). Here's a little screen recording. At the top, the arms get a little narrow and the right arm gets behind (steep), then it comes down on the vertical side (where I pause the video near delivery position), and then coming into impact, you'll see that the clubface is open late (it doesn't look open at shaft parallel (p6)), so it's the opening late and then closing fast that causes the big timing issue for the 2 way miss.
I'd either start by working on delivery position training or do some release drills to get used to more of a flat spot down at the bottom, hitting it with less arms and more body.
Happy golfing,
Tyler
