I think you are spot on with your analysis. Looking at the swing, I would have guessed that you struggle with pulls more than weak right, so perhaps there is something in your release that we would see from the face on video.
When it comes to direction, we want to look at the face and path throughout the swing. Path is definitely outside in, and it gets moving outside in later in the downswing. Halfway down, the clubface doesn't look like it's too open, so it looks like your main matchup to train is getting more clubface rotation and a path that's slightly more inside out during the release. Use that feel on some 9 to 3s. If you struggle with contact, then we need to add low point to the puzzle. If you hit more right shots, then you'll have to work on the face rotation.
I think that drill will serve as a good diagnostic to help you figure out the next steps.
