Backswing Shoulder Plane

This is the compliment to the merry go round. Place the club across your shoulders and make a backswing pivot. Imagine there is a laser pointer pointing out of the end of the club, if you were standing in front of a mirror then you would want the laser pointer to hit yourself in the feet, not above the belt buckle. Once you have completed the pivot, then extend your arms away from you and put them into position.
