Three Danger Moves of Wedge Play

The three danger moves of wedge play are:

  1. Too much wrist loading (lag or dragging) in transition.
  2. Too much axis tilt
  3. The upper body getting closer to the ground

If you find that you have ALL THREE, I recommend working on the wrst lag and upper body pivot first, then working on the upper body lunging forward.
