Indeed the armzy handzy player will feel restricted yet it is all about results and a "connected golf swing" is better for the masses thand trying to grove too many parts. Examples of connected swings are Bernhard Langer, DJ, Tommy Fleetwood, Charli…

I think that the best training aid is the www.golfswingshirt.com. Been around for awhile and alot of pros use it,
