Swing ID Wrist Measurements ¶

I’ve started using Golfshot’s Swing ID with my Apple Watch. I’m wondering if anyone knows how I might improve my wrist rotation and wrist close rate numbers (see pics)?

This is the first I've heard of the Golfshot’s Swing ID with the Apple Watch. Do you know what those parameters are measuring and how they are calculated?
I'm guessing they assess the swing similar to the rotational numbers for the Hackmotion (it's a global rotation number). Frequently, the rotation value will be less than it was at set up. This is likely due to the increased shaft lean/lag.
I haven't seen the rate of closure metric from just the global wrist rotation. But the things that would increase global wrist rotation speed are:
Supination
Shoulder external rotation
Trail arm internal rotation
For the body, it would generally occur when there is more of a stall of the body and hit of the arms. The added data from the wrist sensor might be a good compliment to a good assessment, but it probably won't replace the need to look at the swing on video.
Happy Golfing,

Finally got to the range and here is a pic of the Golfshot stats of one of my good drives. The ball flew straight and high but all of my Swing ID positions were not in range - just like all of my well hit drives. Not sure I find this tool useful after all.
I did notice when I started the Golfshot app to record my swing movements, my driver striking got worse. Kinda like going from the range to the course where the ball striking matters. Still fighting head games, I guess.

Thanks for sharing, It looks like some interesting data. It could be useful depending on its accuracy and when the points are measured. Hopefully I have a chance to play around with one in the near future. Keep me posted on what you find.
