What is the difference in technique between a pitch shot and a chip shot? Are there any videos on this?

I don't differentiate a difference in technique. I think there are a bunch of attempted definitions, but I didn't love any of them. With your finesse wedge shots around the green, you need to be able to hit it low with less spin (could be called a chip) and you need to hit it higher or with more spin (could be called a pitch). I do have a video in the finesse wedge course on the basic chip shot, it's a simple recipe for what should be most golfer's go-to-shot around the green https://www.golfsmartacademy.com/courses/stock-finesse-wedge-program/basic-chip-shot
I also have another video where I discuss adjusting trajectory with ball position https://www.golfsmartacademy.com/courses/stock-finesse-wedge-program/adjusting-trajectory-set. Even if you're not an annual member and have access to the course, you can see the basic premiss of how to adjust ball position for trajectory control. Back and closer stands the handle up and hits is lower, up and forward lowers the handle for the higher softer shot. https://www.golfsmartacademy.com/courses/stock-finesse-wedge-program/adjusting-trajectory-set
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions about it,
Tyler
