On my iPhone I can use scrubbing to view GSA videos frame by frame. On YouTube I can advance frame by frame. But I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this on my MacBook Pro. Any solutions out there?

I'd like to hear your views on whether going to the additional expense for having one's swing recorded/analyzed on 3D is worth the knowledge gain over just using 2D video. If 3D is worth the effort to get, is there a preference for Gears or…
